We provide core monitoring of your servers plus Remote Help Desk Support – OnSite, Workshop repairs and replacement hardware will incur additional charges at discounted rates.  Many businesses prefer this option as it provides a way of getting to know how we operate before committing to a higher fixed rate plan.

The basic IT Support plan allows a minimum of 3 desktop workstations, up to a maximum of 20 with 2 servers.
